The 9PM Files is digital. Nothing ships, and the case opens in your browser as soon as your order goes through.

What happens when you order

Two links arrive by email, usually within a minute. One is yours. The other one you send to whoever is playing with you. From that moment the whole case is in your hands, and there is nothing to send back.

Refunds

Because the case is delivered immediately and in full, we do not offer a general money back guarantee. What we do offer is a person who reads your email.

If something is actually wrong, a link that will not open, a page that will not load, an order charged twice, write to refunds@9pmfiles.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We answer within one business day. If the problem is on our side, you get your money back, and the refund goes to your original payment method.

Your rights under the law

Nothing on this page removes any right the law gives you as a consumer, including a right of withdrawal where one applies to you. If you believe you have one, write to us and we will honour it. We would rather refund you than argue with you.
